Terms of Use

These Terms form an agreement between you and Nebuchadnezzar Logistics LLC for use of Neb Log. You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and authorized to act for any business whose information you submit. Your recorded acceptance applies to the version shown above.

Neb Log is a business organization and decision-support tool. Mileage, fuel, revenue-per-mile, profit, deadhead, time, route and risk outputs are estimates based on user-supplied information and third-party services. They may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.

Neb Log does not guarantee that any load, route, customer, broker, invoice or business decision will be profitable, safe, lawful, timely or paid.

You must independently verify addresses, mileage, rates, costs, vehicle and cargo limits, road conditions, hours-of-service obligations, contracts, insurance, taxes, permits, safety requirements and payment terms. You remain solely responsible for business and driving decisions. Never interact with Neb Log while driving.

Neb Log does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, safety, dispatch, brokerage, insurance or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

Neb Log Pro renews monthly at the price clearly shown before checkout unless canceled. You authorize recurring charges when you affirmatively consent and complete Stripe checkout. You may cancel online through the Manage Subscription link in your account; cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Price or material subscription changes will be disclosed as required by law.

You retain ownership of information you submit and give Neb Log permission to process it only as reasonably necessary to provide, protect and improve the service. You represent that you have authority to submit it. You must protect your account, use Neb Log lawfully, and not access another user's data, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, or use it to deceive or harm others.

Neb Log depends on internet access and third-party systems. Features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability or profitability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nebuchadnezzar Logistics LLC and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages; lost profits or revenue; lost loads, contracts, customers, data or opportunities; payment disputes; vehicle or cargo loss; personal injury; or decisions made using Neb Log.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or waives a right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or waived. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you.

We may suspend access to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address nonpayment. You may stop using Neb Log and cancel an active subscription at any time. Material revisions may require renewed acceptance before continued use.

Please contact nebuchadnezzarlogistics@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve concerns promptly. These Terms do not currently require arbitration or waive class-action rights. Any future dispute provision will require careful legal review and renewed acceptance.
