Privacy Notice

This Notice describes Neb Log, a product of Nebuchadnezzar Logistics LLC. We process account identifiers and contact details; carrier profile information; subscription and transaction status; routes, locations, loads, stops, costs and invoices; device, diagnostic and security information; communications; and documents or images you choose to submit.

Sources include you, your device and use of Neb Log, and service providers used to operate the service. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, full tax-identification numbers, payment-card numbers, medical information, or information you do not have authority to use.

Route and stop locations are used to calculate and organize work. Photos, screenshots, broker documents and rate confirmations may be processed to extract load details. Neb Log is designed not to retain the original image after extraction is complete; extracted information you choose to save remains in your account.

We use information to authenticate users; provide calculations, routes, records, invoices and reports; process subscriptions; deliver invoice emails; prevent abuse and secure the service; troubleshoot and improve reliability; communicate with users; and comply with law.

We disclose only information reasonably needed to service providers, including Base44 for hosting and authentication, mapping and AI providers for requested calculations or extraction, Stripe for subscriptions, and Resend for invoice delivery. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Neb Log does not sell personal information for money and does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, we will update this Notice and provide legally required choices before beginning it.

Operational route packages—including the route calculation, linked loads and stops—are retained for 30 days from route completion or creation. At the end of that period, Neb Log automatically emails the route owner a JSON archive and CSV summary, then removes the operational route records only after the email provider confirms acceptance. If delivery fails, the records remain so the export can be retried.

Invoices and their frozen shipment snapshots, account and subscription records, consent records, security records, and records required for disputes or law follow separate retention periods. Deletion may also be delayed by temporary backups, fraud prevention, legal holds, or applicable law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or ask questions about its use, through our Privacy Choices page or by emailing nebuchadnezzarlogistics@gmail.com. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

California residents may also request information about categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and categories of recipients. Neb Log currently does not sell or share personal information as those terms are used for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a small software business, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your login credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Neb Log is intended for adults operating or supporting a business and is not directed to children under 13.
